GTA home sales up 6.3% in May as listings fall, TRREB reports
Home sales across the Greater Toronto Area rose 6.3 per cent in May compared with a year earlier, while new listings dropped nearly 19 per cent, tightening market conditions for Brampton buyers and sellers.
